Joti and her team were a breath of fresh air after my previous accountant. They simplified my account and have been very available for questions from my very non-accountant/bookkeeper brain. Joti has been great about meeting with me and giving feedback on various aspects of the business. They have also been quite helpful navigating through the pandemic. Also cute shop dog 🙂
